Cafe Kitchen for HIRE in ASCOT VALE, Victoria for sale

we have just taken over a cafe in Ascot Vale and we are looking for someone that needs use of our kitchen after hours
We have a com oven sinks dishwasher fridge stainless benches
you would come use the Reg Kitchen for your production you would clean up after yourself
we take a bond of $400 which can be used if you break something or dont clean up but will be refunded if you no longer require use of the kitchen
and you pay up front $35 per hour - casual a discount will be offered to someone if they use the kitchen for 10 hours of more a week
hours can be from 4pm everyday and Monday's all day
we have 24/7 alarm and day night cameras in the shop
Would be perfict for someone just starting out and needs a com kitchen for baking etc
