This apartment is all one level on the top floor, overlooking the Delhi reserve with walking/running/cycling track. The building is situated on Mount Alexander road with a tram stop right outside.
The rooms are both good sized double rooms with built in robes. One room has a study nook. One undercover car park is available for $10 extra per week. First in first served! :)
If you want furniture we can arrange a double bed/mattress plus side table & desk, just add an extra $10 per week (or feel free to make us an offer for it?)
The apartment is light, spacious & has all the mod cons including air conditioning & heating, washing machine & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen & a comfortable lounge/dining room with TV/projector.
There are two existing flatmates; we are an easy going professional couple in our mid-twenties.
We are looking for people who like to live in a tidy home. We are non smokers so this is preferred but not essential (no smoking in the house, we have a big covered balcony though)
Please be aware - we do not have any room for storage. Anything you bring with you must be able to fit in your bedroom.
Rent is paid as a monthly payment on the same day of each month; this means that $175 per week works out to $761 per calendar month. This includes all expenses: electricity & gas, water, home phone & unlimited ADSL2+ Internet.
